Established in 1981, Finisterra is a gated community in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains in Tucson, AZ. Its 190 lots include a mix of estate homes, patio homes and townhomes. Amenities include a gated entrance staffed 24 hours a day, a clubhouse, swimming pool, jacuzzi, a tennis court with lighting, two pickleball courts and an independent, on-site manager. It not unusual to see common sightings of Arizona native wildlife throughout our beautiful community.

Clubhouse

Finisterra features a Spanish Colonial Revival style clubhouse, available to residents for entertaining to up 100 guests. The clubhouse features high-beamed ceilings with a full kitchen and separate bar area for your catered events. French doors to the north and south that open to the covered clubhouse patio. The clubhouse also features a lending library and provides a focal point for community events.

Pool & Spa

Swim laps or enjoy water aerobics all year long. Our swimming pool is heated to 82 degrees year-round and the secluded Jacuzzi to 102 degrees. It is available to residents and their accompanied guests and is open from dawn until dusk. The pool area provides a great place to exercise or relax and is equipped with a chair lift.

Pickleball & Tennis Courts

Stay active and fit with our two new acrylic Pickleball Courts. Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. We also have one lit traditional regulation Tennis Court. The courts can be reserved in advance in our secure residents-only web portal. Join friends, pick up a game of doubles and meet your neighbors on the court.
